"And behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was about seven miles from Jerusalem. And they were talking with each other about all these things which had taken place. While they were talking and discussing, Jesus Himself approached and began traveling with them." Luke 24:13,14,15

What we have seen and heard we proclaim to you also, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ. But if we walk in the light as He Himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin." 1 John 1:3,7

Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ. So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith." Galatians 6:2,10

WWe who had sweet fellowship together walked in the house of God in the throng." Psalm 55:14

The St Herman's Youngadults (and not-so-youngadults) are a small group that meets bi-weekly to establish a community of prayer, discussion, and encouragement in our faith. We began in the summer of 2010, and so far the group seems to be a success. We are ever evolving, but thus far we have had some fun with a "Bizarre Fruit Party," various potlucks, and we have also been reading through a book "Spiritual Counsels" by Father John of Kronstadt. This web site will attempt to chronicle our get togethers, and also update our members on what to expect in the future. Once again welcome!

These are some icons of our patron saints:
